response to increasing demand for genetic programmes in aquaculture. The industry is rapidly fragmenting into major producers, using the latest genetics best practice, and smaller local operations. We’re therefore looking to grow our network of ‘introducers’ who can work with us to grow our business. Xelect introducers:
- Are highly respected global aquaculture professionals, who are familiar with our services and can act as an ambassador, alongside their existing role.
- Know when a company is ready to bring in a genetic breeding programme, and can arrange the necessary introductions.
- Share our values of partnership and integrity.
